Report Due: International Narcotics Control and Law Enforcement Congressional Budget Justification

While this is not a strict due date, by September the State Department has usually submitted to Congress its detailed budget request for International Narcotics Control and Law Enforcement assistance. This program is the largest source of assistance to Latin America and the Caribbean.

The budget justification is now called the "Program and Budget Guide." It is available on the State Department's website.

Report Due: End-Use Monitoring Report for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement

While this is not a strict due date - and individual U.S. embassies must submit their own updates to the State Department in Washington by January 31 - by September the State Department's Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs has submitted an End-Use Monitoring Report providing information on the disposition and use of all program support provided under the International Narcotics Control and Law Enforcement Program for a given calendar year.
