Roy, on Sept. 19, 2009. Mesa Verde was participating in of the multinational exercise Fuerzas Aliadas PANAMAX 2009, which runs from Sept. 11 to 22. FA PANAMAX 2009 is a multinational exercise with 20 participating countries tailored to the defense of the Panama Canal, involving over 4,500 personnel from the U.S. Southern Command area of focus.
